<div><div>Alon Gany is Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel. He was the holder of Fohrman Chair in Aeronautical Engineering and Head of the Fine Rocket Propulsion Center for 18 years. Alon Gany received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Doctoral degrees from the Technion. He spent a few years at Princeton University as Postdoc Fellow and as Visiting Professor, and another year as NRC Senior Research Fellow at the Naval Postgraduate School, USA. Alon Gany is Foreign Member of the US National Academy of Engineering (NAE); Member of the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA); Honorary Fellow of the High Energy Materials Society of India (HEMSI) and the Australian Institute of Energetic Materials (AIHEM); Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and the Royal Institution of Naval Architects (RINA); and Member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), the Combustion Institute, the International Association of Hydrogen Energy (IAHE), and Israel Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Alon Gany has over 130 refereed journal publications, 19 book chapters, some 20 registered patents worldwide, and more than 400 papers and presentations in professional conferences, including many invited, plenary, and keynote lectures. Prof. Gany's main research interest and expertise are in propulsion, energetic materials, combustion, clean energy, and related areas.</div><div><br></div><div>Fu Xiaolong is Professor at Xi 'an Modern Chemistry Research Institute. He was selected into the "Youth Talent Training Program" of China North Industries Group Corporation Limited. Also, he was selected into the "Top Young Talents" for high-level Talents in Shaanxi Province. He learned as Visiting Scholar at University of Kassel, Germany. He obtained Postdoctoral from Shaanxi Normal University. He has published more than 70 papers, edited a book, and more than 50 patents. He wonone first prize and two second prizes of science and technology progress of China North Industries Group. Dr. Fu's main research interest and expertise are in advanced carbon materials, molecular dynamics simulation, thermal decomposition, and combustion mechanism. Dr. Fu is Reviewer of Defence Technology, Journal of Thermal Analysis and Calorimetry, Molecular Simulation, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Chinese Journal of Explosives and Propellants, and Journal of Ordnance Equipment Engineering.</div><div><br></div></div>
