<p>Dr. Jiqiang Lu&nbsp;received a B.Sc. degree in Applied Mathematics from Yantai University (China) in 2000, a M.Eng. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Xidian University (China) in 2003, and a Ph.D. degree from Royal Holloway, University of London (UK) in 2008. From 2008 to 2018, he was Postdoctoral Researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology (The Netherlands) and Ecole Normale Superieure (France), and Scientist at Institute for Infocomm Research, Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (Singapore). Currently, he is a Professor at Behang University (China), and his research interests centre on symmetric cryptology and its applications.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Dr. Huaqun&nbsp;Guo<b>&nbsp;</b>is Associate Professor at the Singapore Institute of Technology, President of International Researchers Club, and Steering Committee Member for IRC Conference on Science Engineering and Technology (IRC-SET). Dr. Guo obtained her B.Eng. and M.Eng. from Tianjin University and her M.Eng. and Ph.D. from the National University of Singapore (NUS), respectively. She had worked as Senior Scientist at the Institute for Infocomm Research (I<sup>2</sup>R), Agency for Science Technology and Research (A*STAR) for more than 16 years. Before joining I<sup>2</sup>R, she was Senior Research Staff at NUS and Senior Engineer at Kent Ridge Digital Labs (KRDL). She has published 80+ referred papers in the international conferences, journals, and books. Her research areas include network security, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) security, artificial intelligence (AI) for cybersecurity, blockchain, applied cryptography, vehicular networks and security, communications, and security risk analysis.</p>

<p>Professor Ian McLoughlin&nbsp;spent over ten years working for the electronics R&D industry and 20 years in academia. He has worked and consulted in five countries on three continents and presented his work to government science ministers of UK, Russia, USA, Malaysia, Taiwan, New Zealand, and to the President of Singapore. He became Chartered Engineer (UK) in 1998, Senior Member of IEEE in 2004 a D’Ingenieur Europeen (EU) in 2008, and an IET Fellow in 2013. He has published over 250 refereed papers, four books, and several book chapters in the fields of speech and audio, wireless communications, and embedded systems. He is currently Cluster Director at the Singapore Institute of Technology.</p>

<p>Dr. Eyasu Getahun Chekole&nbsp;is currently a Research Fellow in Cybersecurity at Singapore University of Technology and Design. Previously, he was Research Scientist in Cybersecurity at the Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A*STAR) in Singapore, Assistant Researcher in Cybersecurity at the Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) in Italy, Software Engineer at Femar Consulting S.r.l in Italy, and Software Engineer at the Information Network Security Assurance (INSA) in Ethiopia. He received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Singapore University of Technologyand Design (in Singapore), an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Trento (in Italy), and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and IT from Arba Minch University (in Ethiopia). His research interests include software and system security, memory safety, industrial control and cyberphysical systems security, IoT security, applied cryptography, and blockchain.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Dr. Umayal Lakshmanan&nbsp;obtained her Ph.D. from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS. Her expertise is in drug discovery projects in the fields of oncology and infectious diseases. She was Project Leader for several drug discovery collaboration projects with local and international institutes and universities. She started her career in drug discovery by leading an ASTAR-BMRC-DSTA grant project in collaboration with DSO to develop and establish a new technology platform for antimicrobial drug discovery, using a whole animal assay for high throughput screening. She was Project Leader for the NMRC grant-basedTB drug discovery project responsible for target-based whole-cell high throughput screen for inhibitors and activators of the mycobacterial caseinolytic protease (Clp) degradation complex.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Dr. Weizhi Meng&nbsp;is currently Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Denmark. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Prior to joining DTU, he worked as Research Scientist in Institute for Infocomm Research, A*Star, Singapore. He won the Outstanding Academic Performance Award during his doctoral study and is Recipient of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) Outstanding Paper Award for Young Engineers/Researchers in both 2014 and 2017. He also received the IEEE ComSoc Best Young Researcher Award for Europe, Middle East, and Africa Region (EMEA) in 2020. His primary research interests are cybersecurity and artificial intelligence in security, including intrusion detection, IoT security, biometric authentication, trust management, and blockchain. He is currently directing the SPTAGE Lab at DTU.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Dr. Victor Wang&nbsp;is currently Associate Professor at the Singapore Institute of Technology. Dr. Victor Wang graduated from Loughborough University with a First in Aeronautical Engineering (B.Eng., 2008) before reading his Doctorate in Aerodynamics, specialising in Computational Fluids Dynamics (2012). His current research interest is in applied aerodynamics, using both computational and experimental methods to capture complex but interesting flow behaviours that can be applied to a wide range of engineering applications.&nbsp;Dr. Victor Wang is also Member of the&nbsp;Royal&nbsp;Aeronautical&nbsp;Society, UK.&nbsp;</p>

<p></p><p>Dr. Nicholas Heng Loong Wong<b>&nbsp;</b>is currently Assistant Professor in the Infocomm Technology Cluster at the Singapore Institute of Technology. He received the B.E. (HonoursClass 1) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia; the M.S.&nbsp;degree in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA; and the Ph.D. degree in Optoelectronics from the University of Southampton, Southampton, UK. His previous roles include test engineering at DenseLight Semiconductors, Singapore; and software development and data science and analytics at GlobalFoundries, Singapore. His research interests include fibre optics and optical communications, wireless communications, quantum communications, STEM education, educational technology, and outreach. He is Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy; Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE); and Member of SPIE, Optica, and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).</p><br><p></p>
