SCENE ONE: TITLE SCENE

Opening credits play on screen along with an insturmental song. 

 

In the background many different color of candles are individually lit. 

 

A BLUE candle is grabbed by a FEMALE hand. 

 

CUT-TO:

SCENE TWO: ROOM

 RILEY:

(V.O; O.S)

Blue. Stands for money.

 

We will call the FEMALE - RILEY. 

 

RILEY'S face is barely seen in the dancing light of candle fire. We can see that she has blonde hair and green eyes. 

 

She blows out the blue candle. 

 

RILEY:

(V.O)

Which I will steal. 

 

ZOOM IN:

 

On a BOOK of SPELLS. 

 

Around the book are GREEN candles.

 

RILEY:

(CONT'D)

Green is my strength. 

 

RILEY blows out the candle. 

 

This time her voice isn't over the screen.

 

RILEY:

You can't see.

 

CUT TO:

 

A sink full of water. RED WAX drips down into the flow. 

 

We see RILEY looking into a mirror. 

 

RILEY:

(V.O)

Red stands for peace. 

 

CUT TO:

 

A MAN sneaking through a window. 

 

RILEY is peacefully asleep in her room. She's awaken in total fear. 

 

We watch RILEY make her way across the hallway into her parents room. 

 

There's something wrong. 

 

As RILEY approaches her parents bedside, the WIND blows their curtains; revealing the only light from the moon. 

 

Her parents are DEAD. 

 

BLOOD EVERYWHERE. 

 

RILEY:

(V.O; CONT'D)

You can look, but you better not touch.

 

SMASH CUT TO:

 

RILEY dressed in black. 

 

She was at her parents funeral. 

 

RILEY:

Black is for my secret evil. I would explain it to you, but it'd be too late. 

 

RILEY throws a single white rose on her mother's casket as it is lowered into the ground. 

 

Her father's grave already in the ground with fresh dirt back over it. 

 

RILEY:

(O.S)

My parents were murdered when I was fifteen. A man had broken in and stabbed them to death.

 

ZOOM IN:

 

On WHITE candles surrounding a star - pentagram. 

 

RILEY:

White is for my spirit. 

 

FADE OUT:

 

To RILEY starting her childhood home on fire. 

 

RILEY: 

(V.O)

Which you can't have!

 

The house burns down in the flames.
